Natalia Szteliga

Natalia Szteliga is an experienced professional in prospect research and evaluation, currently serving as the Prospect Research Manager at RSPB since June 2022. Prior to this role, Natalia worked as a Prospect Research Officer at the University of East Anglia from January 2020 to June 2022 and held multiple positions at Thrive Agency, including Research Editor and Mobile Health Project Assistant from February 2015 to January 2020. Additional experience includes an internship as an Impact Evaluation Intern at Tearfund and a Research Intern at the Arab Center for Alternative Planning. Natalia began their career as a Data Administrator at Brandbank. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Impact Evaluation for International Development and a Bachelor's degree in International Development with Economics from the University of East Anglia.
