Rachel Martin

Rachel Martin is an accomplished Project Officer with substantial experience in museum and project management. Currently working at RSPB since January 2023, Rachel previously held various roles at Poole Museum from October 2016 to February 2023, including Project Officer for the NLHF-funded Our Museum project, Community Curator focused on audience engagement, and Project Coordinator for public engagement initiatives. Additionally, Rachel coordinated a volunteer program supporting over 600 volunteers across multiple cultural projects. Prior to the museum sector, Rachel served as an Associate and later as Operations Manager at J.P. Morgan, where responsibilities included managing teams and improving operational processes. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in History of Design and the Visual Arts from the University of Staffordshire.
