David Smith

David Smith is a global ESG leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and change leadership. They currently serve as Managing Director at Track Record Global and Digital Retail Advisory Ltd, while also holding the position of Chair at RSPCA Assured. Previously, David was Chief Executive Officer at Hamleys of London and Managing Director at several companies, including Debenhams and The Body Shop. They earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business Strategy from Columbia Business School and completed a degree in Business Studies at Northumbria University. In addition to their management roles, David has been involved as a trustee and board member in various organizations.
