Kimberly Melcer has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Kimberly currently holds the position of Managing Director at RSR Partners, a renowned consulting firm specializing in corporate governance. Prior to that, they were a Member at HeyMama, where they had a membership role. Kimberly also worked as a Principal at Buffkin / Baker, focusing on practice operations. Additionally, they were a Member at Panorama and a Senior Associate at Kirk Palmer Associates. Kimberly also gained experience as a Senior Associate at Buffkin / Baker and as a Recruitment Consultant at Parity - Partners. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate at Rebecca Metz & Associates, where they supported and partnered with the firm's founder. Kimberly Melcer graduated from the University of Michigan in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In 1995, they briefly studied Fashion and Art History at the American Institute of Foreign Studies in Florence, Italy. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma from Weston High School in 1992. In 2013, they completed Pilates Teacher Training at EQUINOX to become certified in Pilates. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Executive Research from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants in 2018, and they are currently working towards a Talent Management certification from LinkedIn, expected to be completed in 2022.
