Russell S. Reynolds

Russell S. Reynolds, Jr. has over six decades of distinguished experience in executive leadership and search. As Chairman Emeritus and Founder of RSR Partners since 1993, Russell has led recruitment efforts for corporate directors and senior executives across various industries. Previously, Russell served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman at Russell Reynolds Associates from 1969 to 1993 and as a Trustee at OppenheimerFunds from 1988 to 2009. Early career roles include Assistant Vice President at J.P. Morgan and First Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. Russell holds a Bachelor of Arts in European History from Yale University and received an honorary Doctor of Public Service from Gordon College. Education also includes Exeter Academy.
