Omar Hussain Ceng Miet

Omar Hussain has extensive work experience in quality management and auditing roles in various companies. Omar currently serves as the Lead Auditor RISQS at RSSB since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Quality Manager at Hilson Moran starting from November 2020. Omar also worked as a Director at QAR Services Ltd since April 2009.

Omar'sprevious roles include being a Quality Manager at HS2 (High Speed Two) Ltd from November 2020 to March 2022, a QMS Lead Auditor at Heathrow from November 2018 to April 2020, and a Quality Manager at COWI from February 2017 to February 2020. Omar also served as a Quality Manager at London City Airport from November 2016 to February 2017, a Quality Manager at Costain Group PLC from August 2016 to November 2016, a Quality Manager at Crossrail Ltd from May 2015 to August 2016, and a Quality Manager at Thames Tideway Tunnel from May 2013 to April 2015.

Omar's roles have involved developing and implementing quality management processes and procedures, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with standards, and fostering a culture of quality. Omar has also been responsible for coordinating and supporting project teams in meeting quality requirements and driving continuous improvement.

Omar Hussain CEng MIET, CQP MCQI, Tech IOSH, MIIRSM completed their Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Manufacturing Engineering with Management and Business Studies from Brunel University London between 1997 and 2001.
