Rachael Everard is a skilled sustainability leader currently serving as the Director of Sustainability at RSSB since 2025. Previously, Rachael held several key roles at Rolls-Royce from 2012 to 2025, culminating as Head of Sustainability, where they developed and executed group-wide sustainability and decarbonisation strategies. Rachael also gained experience at Shell as a Social Performance Technical Assistant in 2011. They earned a MA Hons in Sustainable Development from the University of St Andrews in 2012.
