Zoe C. is an experienced Recruitment Professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy. Currently serving as a Recruitment Business Partner at RSSB since October 2025, Zoe also contributes as a member of IHR Community. Prior roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Eurostar and Recruitment Specialist at Greensleeves Care, where Zoe established the recruitment function for the organization. Previous experience includes positions at Amnesty International as an International Recruitment Adviser, and as a Recruitment Adviser at the University of London, along with consultancy roles at Charity People and Blue Arrow. Zoe holds an English Literature degree from Goldsmiths, University of London, and additional qualifications from the British Institute of Recruiters and London Teacher Training College.
