Andrie De Vries

Andrie De Vries is the Director of Product Strategy at RStudio. Andrie has over fifteen years of experience in the software industry and specializes in open source programming languages. Prior to their current position, Andrie was a Senior Programme Manager at Microsoft, responsible for community projects involving open source R. Her involvement in the R community includes contributing packages that help people do reproducible research using R and integrating R into Microsoft Azure ML. Andrie is also an accomplished speaker and has presented at numerous conferences and R user groups.

Andrie De Vries has a MBA from London Business School and a degree from Higher School.

Andrie De Vries reports to Martin Stein, Chief Product Officer. They are on a team with Joe Roberts - Product Manager, Robby Shaver - VP, Product Design, and Eric Pite - VP, Education Products.
