Jason Burgess

Jason Burgess has over 18 years of work experience, starting in 2002 as an 8th Grade Teacher at RSU 87. In 2013, they became the IT Director at All Saints Catholic School-Bangor, Maine, where they instructed and monitored staff on the use of school management and instructional technologies. Jason also maintained and administered ASCS G-Suite and Quickschools, a cloud-based student information system. In 2018, Jason joined New England Communications as a Support Technician until 2020 when they became the Technology Director at RSU 26.

Jason Burgess earned their Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Maine, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. Jason has also obtained additional certifications as an Underground Strength Coach from the Underground Strength Coach institution in 2005, and as a 2nd Dan in OSMKKF from the OSMKKF institution in the same year.
