Courtney Hitzel

Courtney Hitzel, CMP, currently serves as the Corporate Events Manager at RSUI Group, Inc. since March 2021, specializing in planning and executing first-class external customer recognition and internal employee events. Prior experience includes roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where Courtney advanced from Meetings and Special Events Manager to Senior Meetings and Special Events Manager, successfully managing diverse corporate and social events. Additional experience encompasses positions at Lodge & Spa at Cordillera as Catering Sales & Conference Services Manager, Universal Orlando Resort in Event Management, and Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center as Marketing, Sales & Events Coordinator. Courtney Hitzel holds a Bachelor of Science in Event Management from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from Valencia College.
