Natalie Fitzgibbons, MBA, currently serves as the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist at RSUI Group, Inc., a position held since May 2020, and also has experience as an HR Recruiting and Training Coordinator within the same company. Prior to this role, Natalie worked at Hire Ventures, Inc. as a Talent Consultant and Human Resources Intern from February 2019 to May 2020. Earlier in their career, Natalie was the Director of Social Marketing and Brand Communications and a Social Media Assistant at Liger Partners from August 2017 to January 2019. An MBA graduate with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Brenau University, Natalie also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Alabama.
