Zach McClure, MBA, GBA, currently serves as the Benefits & Compensation Manager at FCCI Insurance Group, previously holding the role of AVP, Benefits & Compensation Manager at RSUI Group, Inc. McClure's extensive experience includes key positions at Asbury Automotive Group, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing employee benefits for over 8,000 staff, managing HRIS initiatives, and leading compensation compliance reporting. McClure has also contributed to the HR departments of PowerPlan, Inc. and ista North America, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and on-boarding processes. An alumnus of Georgia State University, McClure holds both an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Science.
