Ron after almost 2 years as an executive recruiter for one of the top 10 US recruiting companies, identified the opportunity to establish his own company that would support specialty materials and growth companies to deliver world-class talent to organizations looking to deliver high growth and organizational performance. Ron has developed relationships with and recruited for large and small companies landing top talent in commercial, operations, supply chain and engineering positions.
