Louis Kellar Jr possesses a strong background in technical support and customer service, currently serving in the role of Customer Technical Support at RT² since July 2023. Previously, Louis held the position of Senior Technician at Dell Technologies from June 2021 to June 2023, where efficiency in resolving technical issues for both enterprise and home customers was emphasized. Experience also includes serving as First Level Tech Support for Geeksquad, assisting customers with device setup and troubleshooting. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Universidad Politécnica Internacional Costa Rica and a Digital Marketing Nano Degree from Udacity.
