Phil Holderness

Phil Holderness is a retired Senior Vice President at RT Specialty, a position held from 2004 until retirement. Prior to this, they served as a Regional Vice President at both St. Paul Travelers and Royal & SunAlliance from 2001 to 2004. Their career began at Chubb Insurance, where they were the Executive Protection Department Manager from 1983 to 1998, before taking on the role of Assistant Secretary at Employers Reinsurance Corporation from 1998 to 2001. Phil Holderness earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Creighton University between 1979 and 1983.
