Tom McManigal

Tom McManigal, CPA, CIA, currently serves as Vice President and Director of Premium Accounting at RT Specialty, a position held since July 2021. Previously, Tom was the Director of Data Governance and Premium Accounting at BCS Financial Corporation, where responsibilities included managing premium accounting operations and directing all premium processing, reporting activities, and internal controls. Tom also held the role of Manager of Enterprise Risk Management at BCS, overseeing the company's ERM program and conducting comprehensive assessments of risks and opportunities. Earlier in his career, Tom worked as a Senior Auditor at HUD OIG, managing audits for a substantial portfolio involving public and private entities. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a focus on Accounting and Economics, from Eastern Illinois University.
