Kirill Menshov

Kirill Menshov is the Senior Vice President for IT at Rostelecom. Kirill was previously the CIO at Otkritie from November 2013 to November 2017 and the Deputy CIO / IT Development and Program Management Director at YOTA from June 2010 to October 2013.
