Sergey Onyanov

In 2011 he graduated from Electric Engineering Department of Perm National Research Polytechnic University, and afterwards he repeatedly took specialized advanced training at Bonch-Bruevich Saint Petersburg State University of Telecommunications.

Sergey started his professional career in 2005 as a building and facilities maintenance engineer in OJSC Uralsvyazinform.

In 2010, he joined ER-Telecom Holding, where in various periods he successively held positions of head of technical service, network operation director, contracting and procurement director.

In October 2017 Sergey became Technical Director of South Macroregional Branch of Rostelecom, and in this role he was in charge of development and operation of the company's telecommunications infrastructure in the Southern and North Caucasian Federal Administrative Districts.

In June 2020 he joined Corporate Center of Rostelecom as Digital Infrastructure Director in Technical Infrastructure Organization.

Since June 2021 Sergey he has been Vice President for Operations and Technical Service of Technical Infrastructure Organization.
