Brian Lowenberg

Brian Lowenberg is a seasoned professional in urban planning and transportation, currently serving as the Manager of Capital Programs at the Regional Transportation Authority of Northeastern Illinois since May 2017. Brian's career at RTA includes roles as Principal Analyst and Capital Program Specialist, as well as serving as a Regional Coordination Planning Intern. Prior to RTA, Brian worked as a Research and Development Consultant at New York Habitat from November 2004 to May 2018. Brian holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Policy with a focus on Transportation from the University of Illinois Chicago, completed between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor’s degree from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, earned in 2004.
