Aga Olesiak

Aga Olesiak is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and brand management across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Marketing & PR Manager for RTB House since January 2022, Aga specializes in driving incremental online sales through innovative performance advertising. Previously, Aga held key positions at Capgemini as Pursuit Marketing Lead, focusing on high-stakes marketing across multiple regions, and at Grupa Maspex as Brand Manager, overseeing brand equity and P&L management. Early career roles include marketing management positions with Sanel, Egenius Sp. z o.o., and Glendale Marketing, where Aga implemented market entry strategies and launched new products. Aga holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Jagiellonian University and has contributed time to various volunteer efforts.
