Aleksander Baryś

Aleksander Baryś is the current CFO at RTB House. Aleksander has previously held positions as a Board Member and CFO at Zortrax S.A., as well as a member of the Supervisory Board at Elemental Holding S.A.. Aleksander has also been a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee at Magellan S.A.. From March 2016 to September 2016, they were Group Management Director at CIECH Group, where they were responsible for the preparation of the organisational transformation of CIECH Group. This included mapping and optimising business processes, assessing competence gaps and creating a new corporate culture. Aleksander was also responsible for the implementation plan for the new organisational concept. From December 2014 to February 2016, they were CEO at CIECH Group. Prior to that, they were Head of Finance and Accounting Division at CIECH Group from January 2009 to December 2014.

Aleksander Baryś holds a MSc from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a master of science from University of Mannheim. Aleksander also has a certification from ACCA in ACCA Member and CFA Institute in CFA Charterholder.

Their manager is Robert Dyczkowski, CEO. They are on a team with Anna Jankowska - VP, Global Partnerships, Wiktor Urbański - Head of New Business Development, GLOB, and Łukasz Witkowski - Head of Global Expansion of Promotions Project.
