Henrique Gonzales

Henrique Gonzales has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Henrique began their career as an Intern at Labcom Sistemas Ltda., where they worked on Linux server installation and configuration, as well as developing a VoIP web platform. Henrique then moved on to EiTV Entretenimento e Interatividade para TV Digital as a Junior Software Engineer, where they focused on testing, bug fixing, and adding functionality to a Digital TV Receiver.

In 2015, Gonzales joined CI&T as a Software Engineer, where they worked with various Google products and APIs, handled project architecture, and worked on REST and RPC APIs. After that, they worked at Adianta as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in designing API architectures, improving backend test performance, and developing webpages and javascript utilities.

Most recently, Gonzales joined RTB House, where they held several roles. Henrique initially served as a Technical Solutions Manager for Latin America, before becoming the Head of Technical Operations and later the Head of Solutions Engineering and Analytics for the Americas. RTB House is a global marketing technology company that uses Deep Learning algorithms in its ad buying engine to achieve exceptional results for top brands and agencies.

Henrique Gonzales earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas between 2008 and 2014. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster® from the Scrum Alliance in March 2018 and as a Google Cloud Platform Qualified Solution Developer from Google in August 2016.
