Justyna Ranicka

Justyna Ranicka is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Team Leader of Global Talent Acquisition Operations Excellence at RTB House since September 2021. Prior to this role, Justyna held various positions at RTB House, including Senior Global Talent Acquisition Operations Excellence Specialist and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for the APAC region. Justyna's previous experience includes roles as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Recruitment Specialist at Citi from September 2017 to September 2021, as well as Junior Recruitment Specialist and Researcher at Asseco Poland from August 2016 to September 2017. Justyna holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS, obtained in 2017, and a Postgraduate Degree in Psychodietetics from the same university, completed in June 2023.
