Kamila Ochap

Kamila Ochap possesses extensive experience in performance management and HR operations, currently serving as the Performance Management Team Leader at RTB House since December 2020. In this role, Kamila coordinates the performance management process, develops internal tools, conducts training and workshops, and provides analytical support for HR projects. Prior to this, Kamila held multiple positions at Nokia, where responsibilities included supporting employees across multiple countries, leading various HR projects, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Kamila also has experience in tax proceedings from work at the Tax Office Warsaw and has a Master’s Degree in Law from Uniwersytet Opolski. Additionally, Kamila operates an HR consulting firm, People Solutions, since December 2020.
