Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, where focus is on supporting innovation projects through training and mentorship. Roon is also the owner and founder of managination, established in July 2005, dedicated to enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, and roles at Share&Charge and Sweetbridge, among others. Roon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and various certifications in project management and fintech.
