Granit Shala has extensive work experience starting from 2010 with Pors grenland as a football player until 2016 when they were the økonomiansvarlig at FK TØNSBERG og Vestfoldhallen As. From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Switch Group AS as the økonomiansvarlig and salgssjef. Granit then transitioned to Sky Accounting AS in 2017, working as an Autorisert regnskapsfører until 2019. Granit furthered their career at Merverdiregnskap AS as an Autorisert regnskapsfører / partner from 2018 to 2019. Granit currently holds the position of CFO at RTC Offshore AS since 2019, and by 2023, they will become the CEO.
Granit Shala attended the University of South-Eastern Norway from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Regnskap og revisjon.
