Kristian Brakestad

Kristian Brakestad is a highly experienced maritime professional with a diverse background in engineering roles within the offshore and marine sectors. Currently serving as MRO at RTC Offshore AS since February 2021, Kristian also holds the position of Senior Services Engineer at Wärtsilä i Norge since 2018. Previous roles include Maskinsjef at Norled AS, 1st Engineer positions at Rem Offshore AS and Olympic Offshore AS, and 1st Engineer at Bourbon Offshore Norway. Early career experience includes serving as 2nd Engineer at both Fjord 1 AS and Marinen. Kristian holds a Bachelor in Marine Engineering from Høgskolen i Bergen and a Bachelor's degree in Marinteknisk drift from the University of South-Eastern Norway.
