Mia Jovi Rugstad

Mia Jovi Rugstad is an experienced HR coordinator currently working at RTC Offshore AS since July 2019. Prior to this role, Mia served as a postbud at Posten Norge AS from June 2014 to June 2019 and worked as a selger at Fattigmann from September 2010 to June 2013. Mia holds a Bachelor's degree in administration from the School of Business and Law at the University of Agder, completed in 2016, and has also studied at Hawaii Pacific University in 2017.
