Hesham Kamesh

Hesham Kamesh, VMA, is a seasoned Project Manager currently leading road projects at RTC Road and Traffic Engineering in Dubai since September 2023. With significant prior experience as Design Manager and Principal Road Engineer at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality and Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners), Hesham has managed extensive road network design projects, notably in Ras Al Khaimah and Saudi Arabia. Earlier roles included Technical Office Engineer at FlowTex EGYPT, focusing on Horizontal Directional Drilling and pipeline design. Educated at Ain Shams University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, Hesham also holds a certificate in Organizational Leadership from Dale Carnegie Training.
