Martin Pound

Martin Pound is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and account management within the retail and hospitality sectors. Since December 2012, Martin has held the position of Global Account Director and Project Manager at RTC, and currently serves as Global Account Director at RTC Europe Ltd since May 2021. Previous roles include Site Manager at Grover, where Martin oversaw refurbishments for major retailers such as Waitrose and Sainsbury, and Senior Project Manager at ITAB - GWS, managing a portfolio of clients in the retail and banking sectors. Martin began their career in store development with Fads, Homestyle, and also has experience as a Licensee/Manager at The Alexandra Hotel and in catering with BP Shipping. Education includes attendance at the Duke of York's Royal Military School and the National Sea Training College.
