Sophie Moreau-Follenfant

Sophie Moreau-Follenfant has extensive experience in human resources and organizational transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as a member of the executive board and General Director of Transformation at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Électricité since September 2019, Sophie also held the position of Deputy General Administrator in charge of Human Resources at the Ministry of Labor from November 2020 to December 2021. Prior to that, Sophie led HR transformation as CHRO at Egis and contributed to the board of directors at Derichebourg for 19 years, focusing on the development and implementation of HR strategies for a large multinational family group. Earlier career experiences include serving as HR Manager at Exel Logistics, supporting the establishment of the company's operations in France. Sophie's academic background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Institut de Gestion Social and a Master in AES from Université Paris Nanterre.
