Jelena Markovic

Jelena Markovic has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Jelena started their career as a Fashion Designer, working freelance and creating unique collections with a focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail. Jelena then joined MK Todor, a leading fashion company, where they served as the Head Designer for various collections and managed a team of specialists.

In 2006, Jelena founded their own company, Fashion Corner d.o.o., where they held the role of Founder & Owner for 13 years. During this time, they led the company and its operations, showcasing their entrepreneurial skills.

In 2016, Jelena joined Fnatic, a prominent esports organization, as the Head of Apparel and Merchandise. Jelena played a pivotal role in establishing and developing an in-house Apparel and Merchandise unit, achieving significant revenue growth and overseeing the creation of a wide range of products. Their responsibilities included product planning, budgeting, managing the production process, supplier management, and market research.

Jelena expanded their expertise beyond fashion and joined Team Vitality as a Consultant in 2020. Jelena provided valuable insights and recommendations based on their industry knowledge and experience.

Following their time with Team Vitality, Jelena joined EXCEL ESPORTS in 2020 as a Product & Project Development Consultant. Jelena later took on the role of Senior Merchandiser, where they contributed to the development and management of merchandise products.

Most recently, Jelena joined RTFKT Studios as the Head of Physical, leading the physical product division at RTFKT, including the collaboration with Nike. Their expertise in product management and development will be an asset to the company.

Throughout their career, Jelena has demonstrated their ability to drive growth, manage teams, and create successful product lines. Their passion for fashion, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong leadership skills make their a valuable asset in the industry.

Jelena Markovic completed their first four years of formal education at Grammar School Sveti Sava in Belgrade, Serbia, where they obtained a Grammar School Diploma with a focus on Science and Mathematics in 1992. Following their graduation from high school, they went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Fashion Design at the University of Arts, Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade, Serbia. Jelena Markovic completed their studies in Fashion Design in 1998, marking the end of their formal education.
