Jessica Brown

Jessica Brown has a strong background in project management and business transformation. Jessica is currently a Project Manager at RTGS.global, where they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Consultant at the same company from September to December 2022.

Before joining RTGS.global, Jessica worked as a Business Transformation Consultant from November 2019 to January 2022. In this role, they developed strategies for small restaurants and street food vendors to navigate the challenges of COVID lockdowns. Jessica'skey transformations included process optimization, inventory cost-cutting, and implementing technology solutions to meet the digitalized hospitality sector's demands.

From 2015 to 2019, Jessica was the Founder and Director of Le Bao Ltd., a London-based street food startup. Jessica played a crucial role in defining the business's target operating model and optimizing processes. Under their leadership, Le Bao expanded to four different branches, achieving profitability within eight months and maintaining an average profit margin of 25%. Le Bao also won the "Best Sandwich" award at the British Street Food Awards in 2016 and 2017.

Prior to Le Bao, Jessica worked at CLS Group from 2012 to 2015 as an Associate Director - Operational Strategy. In this role, they managed complex projects and designed business repeatable programs for bringing new currencies into the company and expanding into new markets.

Jessica's career began at Goldman Sachs & Co in 2006, where they held various roles, including Vice President - Trading Operations, Associate, and Analyst. During their time there, they managed multifunctional teams, coordinated cross-border projects, and played a key role in launching the company's broker dealer business in Brazil.

In 2005, Jessica worked as an Analyst at Citibank before joining Goldman Sachs & Co. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in project management, business transformation, and strategic planning across various industries.

Jessica Brown attended the University of Tampa from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business. Jessica recently obtained a Google Project Management Certificate, offered through Coursera, in 2021. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained various certifications, including Real World Product Management from Advancing Women in Tech (AWIT) in February 2022 and Agile Project Management, Project Execution: Running the Project, Project Planning: Putting It All Together, Foundations of Project Management, and Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project from Coursera throughout 2021.
