Sean Dunne

Head of Operational Excellence at RTGS.global

Sean Dunne has a diverse work experience in operational excellence and process management roles. In 2005, they worked as a Fixed Income Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where they were responsible for trade pre-matching and settlement. Sean also developed control standards and guidelines. From 2007 to 2012, they served as a Business Process Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they developed an aggregation process for trade flow. Later, they joined CLS Group as a Director of Operational Excellence from 2012 to 2016, leading initiatives to improve processes and standardize operations. Sean then worked as an Operational Excellence Manager at Capita Customer Solutions from 2016 to 2022. Currently, they are the Head of Operational Excellence at RTGS.global, starting in 2022.

From 2001 to 2003, Sean Dunne pursued a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems and Managerial Accounting at University College Cork.
