Dee Dee Mladsi has an extensive work experience in the field of health economics and market access. Dee Dee began their career as a Pharmacoeconomist at Burroughs Wellcome Co. in 1993 and later joined GlaxoWellcome as a Global Health Outcomes Scientist. Dee Dee then moved to RTI Health Solutions, where they held various leadership roles including Director of Health Economics and Global Head of Health Outcomes Strategy. In 2005, they became the Global Head of US Pricing and Reimbursement at RTI Health Solutions. Currently, they are the Vice President of Health Economics Strategy and Early Modeling at RTI Health Solutions. Dee Dee Mladsi brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their current role.

Dee Dee Mladsi's education history includes attending Duke University School of Medicine from 1993 to 1999, where they completed a Master of Health Sciences degree. During their time there, they undertook 24 hours of graduate coursework in an undisclosed field of study. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1988, they attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, although specific details regarding their degree and field of study are not available.
