Cary Strickland is currently the Director of Strategy and Innovation at RTI Innovation Advisors. With a background in chemical engineering and paper science engineering, Cary has extensive experience in leading research, consulting, and innovation teams across various industry sectors. Prior to their current role, Cary held multiple positions at RTI International working as a Senior Innovation Advisor and Team Lead. Additionally, Cary has experience as a Worship Leader at Wakefield United Methodist Church and as a Senior Research Technician at MeadWestvaco. Cary's internship experiences at Nippon Paper Group, DuPont, and their educational background at Duke University and North Carolina State University have equipped him with the skills and knowledge needed for their current role.
