Kayla Messier Jones has a diverse background in chemistry, product development, and innovation. Kayla has worked in various roles at companies like RTI Innovation Advisors, Greenology Products, LLC, EPA, and NASA Glenn Research Center. Kayla's experience includes managing projects, conducting research, and developing new products in industries such as consumer packaged goods, home care, cosmetics, and medical technology. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Polymer and Color Chemistry from North Carolina State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration.
