Hans-Oliver Paul

Hans-Oliver Paul has extensive work experience in finance and consulting roles. Hans-Oliver started their career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as a Senior Associate Consultant from 1996 to 1999. Hans-Oliver then worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company from 2000 to 2001. From 2002 to 2008, they served as the Group Financial Controller at Hachette Livre. Hans-Oliver later joined Editions Grasset as the Financial Director from 2008 to 2012. Hans-Oliver then worked at Amazon.fr SAS, where they held various positions including Senior Finance Manager Operations from 2012 to 2015, Head of FR Other Hardlines Finance from 2015 to 2018, and finally, as the Senior Finance Manager Retail from February to October 2018. Hans-Oliver is currently the Deputy CFO at RTL AdConnect, starting from November 2018. In their current role, they are responsible for controlling and invoicing for international offices, managing cash-flow, and overseeing general administration. Hans-Oliver also contributes to project management.

Hans-Oliver Paul completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts in European Business Studies from ESB Reutlingen Business School, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1992, they studied Musicology at the University of Cologne but did not obtain a degree. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Strategy at INSEAD from 1999 to 2000.
