Isabella Thissen

Isabella Thissen is a seasoned professional in digital strategy and product management, currently serving as the Managing Director of Digital at RTL News since March 2024. Thissen oversees the portfolio strategy and business results of RTL's digital publishing products and leads cross-functional teams in product, business, UX, tech, data, and innovation. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Ad Alliance, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations and leading various teams, and Senior Vice President of Editorial Products & Innovation at RTL Deutschland. Thissen has also contributed to academic settings as a lecturer at Popakademie Baden-Württemberg. With a Master's degree in Digital Business Management & Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Thissen possesses a strong foundation in both business and technology sectors.
