Janina Lenz has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Janina started their career as a freelance journalist for Rheinische Post Mediengruppe in 2006 and worked there until 2010. In 2010, they joined DuMont as a freelance journalist and stayed there until 2015. From 2010 to 2014, they also worked as an Editorial Journalist at RTL Interactive GmbH, contributing to RTL.de, VOX.de, and social media. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Multimedia Redakteurin at RTL Interactive GmbH and continued in that position until 2021. In 2021, they joined RTL Deutschland GmbH as a Social Media Managerin and later became the Head of Social Media Entertainment in April 2022.
