Oliver Jumpertz

Oliver Jumpertz is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in building and leading high-performance teams for both media and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at RTL Deutschland since October 2021, Oliver oversees a team dedicated to developing platform artifacts and managing traffic shaping for large-scale Kubernetes systems. Previous roles at RTL include Senior Software Engineer and Software Architect, where Oliver designed a next-generation GraphQL supergraph and guided developers in creating significant API layers for multimedia streaming. Prior experience at aixigo AG focused on architectural design and implementation of scalable systems for the financial industry. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Informatics from IU International University of Applied Sciences and certification as a Computer Science Expert from BWV Aachen.
