Dariusz Pruc

Dariusz Pruc has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of business development, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Dariusz began their career in 2008 at Deloitte Poland as an Associate and later served as a Senior Associate. In 2014, Dariusz joined Experior Venture Fund as an Associate. Dariusz then moved on to Allegro, where they held the position of Manager in Corporate Development, focusing on strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Dariusz subsequently worked at Deloitte as an Assistant Director in the M&A and Corporate Finance department. Currently, they are the M&A Senior Director at RTL Group, a leading European media and entertainment company. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2023, Dariusz was part of the Corporate Development team at Allegro.pl, the largest online marketplace in Central and Eastern Europe.
