Frank Ludwig has over 20 years of work experience in the legal field. Frank'smost recent role was as SVP - Senior Corporate Counsel at RTL Group. Prior to that, they served as Senior Vice President / Prokurist at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. Frank also held the positions of Justiziar und Prokurist / Senior Vice President Legal M&A at Gruner + Jahr GmbH & Co KG, and Rechtsanwalt / Partner at SJ Berwin LLP. Before that, they worked as a Rechtsanwalt at SJ Berwin Knopf Tulloch Steininger, Redeker Schön Dahs & Sellner, and Covington & Burling.

Frank Ludwig attended Harvard Law School from 1996 to 1997, where they obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree. Frank also studied at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, where they earned a Dr. iur. degree in Rechtswissenschaften.
