Olaf Christiansen

Olaf Christiansen has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Olaf is currently working at RTL Group as a Senior Vice President Compliance since June 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Legal Department - Integrity & Compliance at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA starting from May 2002. Olaf also worked as an Associate at Mannheimer Swartling and KPMG. Olaf gained valuable experience during a legal traineeship at the State of Hamburg from April 1997 to June 1999. Additionally, Olaf worked as a research assistant at Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg from October 1996 to March 1997.

Olaf Christiansen earned their LL.M. degree in Law from Penn State Dickinson Law, where they attended from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Dr. degree in Law at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, studying there from 1991 to 1996.
