Siniša Pavlić

Sini Ninkovic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical program management and product development. Currently serving as a Staff Technical Program Manager focused on Generative AI at BetterUp since February 2022, Sini drives execution of large-scale technical initiatives. Prior experience includes authoring a best-selling personal development book, leading product strategies at Human, and managing global product launches at Apple. Sini also held managerial roles at Lucid Motors and has a strong background in strategy and procurement from experience at McKinsey & Company and BMW Group. Sini holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and degrees in Behavioral Economics from Universität Innsbruck, along with training as a Full-Stack Developer.
