Wesley Ploof

Wesley Ploof, PE, CEM, CxA, LEED AP, currently serves as a Principal at RTM Engineering Consultants since April 2024, bringing extensive experience in managing, designing, developing, troubleshooting, maintaining, upgrading, and improving building mechanical and electrical systems. Prior to this role, Wesley was a Principal and Senior Associate at BG Buildingworks, Inc. from May 1997 to April 2024, where oversight and mentorship of engineers and technical staff were key responsibilities. Wesley's career began at the Energy Analysis and Diagnostic Center from October 1995 to May 1997, where involvement in energy audits and recommendations for buildings in New England took place. Wesley holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a background in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completed between 1993 and 1997.
