Aaron Grando has a diverse work experience in the technology and advertising industry. Aaron started their career as an Interactive Developer at Cubist Media Group in September 2007, where they focused on website and web application design and development. Aaron also worked on DVD and Blu-ray authoring for clients such as Warner Bros., NFL Films, and Bethesda Softworks. In May 2010, Aaron joined RTO+P as a Technology Director. In this role, they collaborated with various agency departments to incorporate technology into advertising campaigns. Aaron led the team responsible for website design and development for major brands and developed new tools to bridge technical and financial gaps in integrated campaigns. Aaron also worked closely with client teams on digital transformation and assisted creative teams with digital and social media executions. Recently, they have been involved in advancing the agency and clients' data and analytics practice, focusing on tracking campaign performance across paid, organic social, search, and web platforms.
Aaron Grando attended Drexel University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Media. Their field of study during this time was also Digital Media.
