Bernardo Villanueva Soto

Bernardo Villanueva Soto has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Bernardo started their career as a Maintenance Intern at RTP Company, where they gained hands-on experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of plastic creation-extrusion equipment. Bernardo also had the opportunity to work as a Maintenance Chief Engineer at RTP Company, where they coordinated and supervised the activities of the work team, organized preventive and corrective maintenance, and conducted staff training and development.

Bernardo also worked at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing as a Continuous Improvement Senior Engineer, leading Kaizen events and implementing improvement projects in different casting processes. Prior to that, they worked at Metalsa as a Hydroforming Manufacturing Specialist, leading a team of specialists and implementing projects to increase production efficiency.
