Rolf Dahl

Rolf Dahl possesses extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors, including manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as the Vice President of Asset Management, Process Engineering, Facilities, EH&S, and Process Maintenance at RTP Company since August 2012, Rolf has previously held multiple executive roles within the organization, including Managing Director for Europe and Asia Pacific, and President of Alloy Polymers. Prior to RTP Company, Rolf was General Manager at Miller Waste Mills, Inc. and President at Cretex Concrete Products, overseeing significant operations and workforce across numerous states. Additional experience includes senior leadership positions at Accellent, Medsource Technologies, Inc., and Cummins Inc. Rolf holds an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Metro State University, along with qualifications in mechanical engineering from the University of South Australia and TAFE SA.
